- All ticket orders are processed within 1-2 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- You will receive your tickets via email as soon as your order has been processed and payment has been confirmed.
2. Delivery Method
- Tickets will be delivered to the email address provided during the purchase process.
- Ensure that the email address entered at checkout is accurate to avoid delays in receiving your tickets.
3. Delivery Confirmation
- Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your e-tickets attached in PDF format.
- If you do not receive your tickets within the specified time frame, please check your spam or junk mail folder before contacting us.
4. Ticket Access and Usage
- Please print the e-tickets or have them available on your mobile device for entry to the event.
- Each e-ticket contains a unique QR code or barcode that will be scanned upon entry.
5. Issues with Delivery

6. Non-Receipt of Tickets
- In the rare event that you do not receive your e-tickets within 2 business days of your purchase, please contact us immediately.
